Starter Website Base Price
If this is your first website and it’s a simple brochure website, a starter website may be perfect. We can customize it with any add-ons you need.
This is also my starting point price for building out more complex websites. We’ll add on the pages, functionalities, and more involved design work you need to create a fully custom website design quote.
This starter site price includes everything you need for your brochure website to check all the website boxes, promote your business or services, and direct people to get in touch with you.
What’s included for $4,000:
A fully mobile-responsive website built with one of my pre-made WordPress or Squarespace templates
Advising on website hosting and domain name registration
Applying your provided brand guidelines to the website
Building up to 5 pages (typically Home, About, Services, Blog and Contact)
Adding in the copywriting and images you provide (I provide image selection tips & a copywriting template or you can add on copywriting with me or another copywriter)
Advising on website policy pages
One basic full-site revision (extra rounds of revisions available at my hourly billing rate)
Setting up an SEO plugin (WordPress only) and page meta
Setting up a contact form
Embedding your provided email marketing signup form
Setting up Google Search Console and an analytics tool of your choice
Launching your website on your domain name (and doing pre- and post-launch checks)
Creating your website owner’s manual + sending you a tutorial video on using/editing the website
Initial DMARC setup and 30-day monitoring
30 days for any website questions via email after the site is launched

Site Redesign Logistics
When redesigning a website, especially one with a lot of pages/posts, e-commerce, or integrations, more work and care is needed to preserve your old website’s SEO and user experience. Website redesign projects tend to be $5,000-8,000.

If you have a logo but no brand guidelines, and you don’t have a clear plan for colors/fonts for your website, we can create your website brand guidelines together before we start building.

Is SEO important to your business? Doing foundational SEO work from the start is more cost- and time-effective than working on SEO after your site is built.

Payment Options
All balances must be paid in full (and any outstanding reimbursements repaid) before the site can be launched and ownership transferred.

50% final payment + any extra costs due before site launch or two months after we begin our work (whichever comes first)

Four Payments
25% nonrefundable deposit to reserve your spot on my calendar
25% due the 1st day of the following month
25% due the 1st day of the following month
Final 25% + any extra costs due the 1st day of the following month (all payments due before site launch/ownership transfer)
Timing and Scheduling
After doing a website planning workshop, simple brochure websites are usually built within a month or two, but that time can stretch out depending on your response time/readiness to make decisions. More complex sites usually take 2-4 months. I’m typically able to schedule website planning workshops within a couple months of you reaching out.
Before we start building your website, you’ll need your copywriting ready, your images gathered, and your brand guidelines clearly outlined.
